Terms of ServiceArtwork
-I am OK with other's referencing my work for pose, style, or whatever else. I am more than happy to help if you asked me for anatomy advice or red line guides! I also do not care if you have a similar character or design as one I may own or have made.-I DO NOT tolerate tracing, or theft including blatantly claiming credit for my work.-I require credit when sharing my work, I universally go by Venomous_vox.-I am OK with you using my work for banners, icons, and so on even if it requires cropping/flipping. I would prefer if you asked me to make the edit for you so that I can adjust my own watermark, but if you must crop it out, I still require credit.

Payment
-I take Cashapp or Paypal, USD.
-Payment required after sketch is complete and approved.-I do not accept payment plans, but I am willing to hold onto your sketch until you are ready to proceed.-If my work adds commission value to your character, please stay true to the amount that you paid regardless of my prices potentially changing. If you paid $10 for that icon, that's the most contribution to value it is worth. All gifts and freebies from me do not contribute to value.-Artwork and Character sales are final. You may resale for the original value. Personal art does not contribute to value for my designs. Commission Value only applies to work you've paid for from other artist.

Adoptables
-You must have a Toyhouse account to own my designs. For authentication, check Ownership logs to confirm that I had made the original profile.-COMMERCIAL USE: Assume all of my designs are not allowed for commercial use. I will however discuss it with you directly if you'd like as this is a bit situational.-I require credit for the original design. If you redesign or edit, both versions of the design must be kept together in the character's Toyhouse. Redesigns must still resemble the previous design or be recognizable as the previous design and cannot be a huge or excessive overhaul.-Once you own the design, the character is yours. You do not need my permission to make nsfw, gore, and so on with the character. This is not an exception if the design belongs to a species. Please check with their Species rules.-Personal art does not contribute to value on my designs.

Behavior
-Did I forget something? Poke me anytime! I'm pretty open about what's going on and what I'm occupied with.-If you become aggressive with me, I hold the right to remove myself from the situation for my own mental health. I will be willing to continue working with you if you prove you've calmed down and re-evaluated.-Black listing is my last resort, I understand things happen and people act out. Too many instances or certain threats will not qualify for my mercy.
